  I was there on a Friday at 1pm and they were short handed , my wait was 80 minutes. Just inside the inner doorway is a touch panel screen to check in. Answer a couple of question and type in your social security number. And you get a receipt with a number they will call out. They had two series of numbers: Axxxx and Bxxxx. There are 9 windows but only two were manned for a while but more opened up after a while. My 80 minute wait was for 12 "A" numbers to be called ahead of me, plus the Bs. I was just there to turn in a form but I had to wait like everyone else. It was pleasant enough wait but I should have brought a book. No complaints though so I rate them 5 stares.

  I hate this place they won't let you use your phone in the lobby yet if you go outside to take a call they skip over your number after waiting there for 2 hours what a joke clearly government jobs skills or intellect the only thing they're rent-a-cop security guard can say is take a number

  Long wait at times but they are the most productive of all government offices given all the cutbacks that have been done to them
