- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is horrible in customer service and integrity. I submitted a plan and application and waited over 4 weeks. No response. Called them and they said they would get done and call me in the next week. Another week passed and no update. Called them back and they said nothing has been done and asked for another few days. It's now the 6th week and still nothing. They told me when I submitted the plan that it would take them 2-4 weeks. However, if I pay them to do expedited review, it would take them less time. So is it because I didn't pay the extra bucks that it's taking 6 weeks???By Hamlet Phan, October 26, 2016
